ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
1. SCOPE
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all services, systems, websites, billing portals, managed remote workstation environments, compute workspace plans, infrastructure resources, and related environments provided by SRVSKY, a brand operated by Qovintra Global LLC, including srvsky.com, https://portal.srvsky.com, and any associated compute, storage, networking, remote access, support, API, or account-related services.
2. PURPOSE
This AUP is intended to protect SRVSKY, its customers, its infrastructure, and third parties from unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, exploitative, or disruptive conduct. All users must use the services responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner that does not interfere with the rights, security, availability, integrity, business operations, or lawful interests of others.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts, credentials, deployed workspaces, uploaded files, installed software, remote sessions, assigned resources, models, scripts, prompts, workloads, storage volumes, and related service environments. Users must ensure that their use of the services complies with this AUP, the Terms of Service, applicable law, contractual obligations, and third-party rights.
4. ILLEGAL, FRAUDULENT & UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITY
Users may not use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity, including but not limited to:
- fraud, impersonation, deception, or financial abuse;
- identity theft or unauthorized use of another person’s data or credentials;
- unlawful surveillance, interception, stalking, or privacy violations;
- facilitating criminal activity or unlawful schemes;
- violations of intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or confidentiality obligations;
- any conduct that violates applicable laws, regulations, court orders, sanctions requirements, or third-party rights.
5. MALWARE, RANSOMWARE & MALICIOUS CODE
Users may not deploy, distribute, execute, store, test against third parties, or facilitate any malware, ransomware, trojans, spyware, worms, keyloggers, crypto-lockers, backdoors, malicious scripts, or other harmful code intended to damage, disrupt, surveil, extort, steal, evade, or gain unauthorized access to systems, services, or data.
6. NETWORK ABUSE & HOSTILE ACTIVITY
Users may not use the services to perform, initiate, coordinate, facilitate, or support:
- DDoS attacks, denial-of-service attacks, or traffic flooding;
- unauthorized port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or probing of third-party systems;
- brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, password spraying, exploit attempts, or evasion of rate limits;
- botnet activity, command-and-control activity, open relay activity, unauthorized proxying, or relay abuse;
- spoofing, interception, malicious routing behavior, packet manipulation, or protocol abuse;
- any activity that threatens the stability, security, or availability of networks, services, customers, or systems.
7. SPAM, PHISHING & DECEPTIVE COMMUNICATIONS
Users may not use the services to send, host, distribute, or facilitate unsolicited bulk communications or spam; phishing pages, phishing campaigns, or credential harvesting; scam pages, fraudulent offers, fake checkout flows, or deceptive advertising; impersonation of individuals, companies, institutions, or brands; or misleading communications intended to trick, manipulate, mislead, or defraud recipients.
8. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS & SECURITY CIRCUMVENTION
Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to SRVSKY systems, third-party systems, customer environments, credentials, software, services, or data. Users may not bypass, disable, interfere with, or undermine any security control, rate limit, access restriction, billing control, usage limit, verification mechanism, abuse safeguard, or technical protection implemented by SRVSKY or any third party.
9. ILLEGAL, HARMFUL & RESTRICTED CONTENT
Users may not host, process, distribute, generate, store, or facilitate content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material or exploitative content; unlawful hate content or unlawful extremist propaganda; non-consensual sexual imagery or exploitative sexual content; unlawful threats, harassment, extortion, or intimidation; pirated or unlawfully distributed copyrighted content; malicious content designed to harm, coerce, or deceive others; or any content whose storage, processing, generation, or transmission violates applicable law or enforceable third-party rights.
10. SOFTWARE PIRACY, LICENSE VIOLATIONS & UNAUTHORIZED SOFTWARE USE
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all software installed, uploaded, accessed, licensed, or used within the services is lawfully obtained and used in compliance with all applicable license terms, EULAs, subscription restrictions, export restrictions, and legal requirements. The following are prohibited: pirated, cracked, patched, or unlawfully activated software; unauthorized license sharing or license circumvention; use of software in violation of vendor terms; unlawful copying, distribution, or commercial misuse of software; reverse engineering or tampering with licensed software where prohibited by law or contract.
11. CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING & RESOURCE ABUSE
Cryptocurrency mining, crypto-jacking, blockchain validation, unauthorized background mining, staking support, or any resource-intensive activity primarily intended to mine, validate, or support digital assets is prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by SRVSKY. Users may not engage in any behavior that unreasonably consumes, manipulates, hoards, monopolizes, or abuses compute, GPU, storage, memory, bandwidth, API capacity, or other infrastructure resources beyond the intended scope of the purchased service.
12. AI, AUTOMATION & COMPUTE WORKLOAD RESTRICTIONS
Users may not use the services for prohibited AI, automation, or compute workloads, including generation or distribution of malicious code, phishing content, or fraudulent content; automated abuse, hostile scraping, scanning, or attacks against third parties; unlawful surveillance, unlawful facial recognition, unlawful tracking, or privacy-invasive monitoring where prohibited by law; deepfake abuse, non-consensual intimate content generation, or deceptive synthetic media used unlawfully; or model training, inference, automation, or orchestration workflows used in support of unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or manipulative conduct.
13. MULTI-ACCOUNT, PROMOTION & BILLING ABUSE
Users may not create or operate multiple accounts for deceptive, abusive, evasive, promotional, refund-related, or fraud-related purposes. Users may not manipulate matched-credit offers, bonus programs, introductory promotions, referral structures, discounts, verification flows, billing logic, or account status in order to obtain unauthorized benefit, evade restrictions, or bypass enforcement.
14. DATA, FILES & USER MATERIALS
Users remain solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, integrity, licensing, and permissibility of all data, software, models, prompts, scripts, projects, files, outputs, and content they upload, process, store, generate, transmit, or access through the services. Users must maintain appropriate backups and must not rely on the services as their sole means of preservation unless expressly agreed in writing.
15. REMOTE ACCESS, CREDENTIALS & SESSION SECURITY
Users must secure their own access credentials, SSH keys, portal logins, API keys, remote desktop sessions, local devices, and access endpoints. Users may not share credentials irresponsibly, expose services without appropriate safeguards, or create access conditions that endanger SRVSKY systems, customer environments, or third parties.
16. EXPORT CONTROLS, SANCTIONS & RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS
Users may not access or use the services in violation of applicable export control laws, trade restrictions, sanctions regulations, or related legal requirements. Users must not use the services from, for, or on behalf of restricted jurisdictions, sanctioned persons, denied parties, embargoed regions, or otherwise prohibited entities where such use would violate applicable law.
17. SERVICE INTERFERENCE & PLATFORM INTEGRITY
Users may not interfere with, degrade, disrupt, overload, or undermine the integrity, performance, security, business operations, or reliability of the services. Prohibited conduct includes abuse of shared systems, attempts to overload internal systems, evasion of enforcement mechanisms, repeated abusive support behavior, deliberate stress actions outside the intended use case, and any conduct that creates unreasonable operational, physical, reputational, or security risk.
18. INVESTIGATION, MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT
SRVSKY reserves the right, to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law, to investigate suspected violations of this AUP, monitor service integrity and abuse indicators, review relevant logs, billing signals, security events, support records, and other reasonably necessary evidence, and take protective action. Protective action may include warning notices; temporary suspension; traffic filtering or access restriction; isolation, throttling, or containment where operationally necessary; account review; disabling, deletion, or removal of affected services, files, workloads, or data where justified; and immediate termination of service.
19. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & DISCLOSURE
SRVSKY may cooperate with law enforcement authorities, regulators, courts, payment providers, hosting partners, service providers, or other competent parties where required by applicable law, legal process, security necessity, fraud prevention, abuse mitigation, or legitimate compliance obligations.
20. NO REFUND FOR POLICY VIOLATIONS
Users whose services are suspended, restricted, throttled, isolated, reviewed, disabled, or terminated due to violations of this AUP, the Terms of Service, fraud controls, sanctions restrictions, payment abuse, or other compliance-related reasons are generally not entitled to refunds, credits, or compensation unless otherwise expressly approved in writing by Qovintra Global LLC.
21. REPORTING ABUSE
If you become aware of activity that may violate this AUP or threaten the security, integrity, availability, or lawful operation of the services, you should report it promptly to: Qovintra Global LLC | [email protected]. Please use the subject line: Abuse Report.
22. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Qovintra Global LLC may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
